"This Single Cask comes from the 2009 harvest, distilled in 2010 and bottled in April 2021. The summer and autumn of 2009 were ideal for apple and pear cultivation in Normandy with the perfect alternation of beautiful sunny days and rainy ones, allowing the fruits to grow while having high densities. The brandy was aged in French oak barrels then for the last two years in old Pommeau barrels, offering us notes of baked apple, sweet almond, and pudding."
