REFRESHING APERITIF
Coquerel & Tonic.
A fresh and sparkling aperitif. A Norman take on the the gin & tonic, where Calvados replaces gin to offer a a rounder, fruitier, oakier profile.
INGREDIENTS:
- 50 ml Coquerel VS
- Tonic
- Ice cubes
- Apple slice
PREPARATION
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Pour in the Calvados, top with tonic. Stir gently. Garnish with an
apple slice.

REINVENTED
Coquerel Negroni.
A Norman reinterpretation of an Italian classic. Calvados VSOP replaces gin to bring roundness and fruity depth to this bitter-sweet balance.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 Coquerel VSOP
- 1/3 Campari
- 1/3 Sweet Red Vermouth
PREPARATION
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir well. Strain into a rocks glass containing a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange peel.

NORMAN VARIANT
Coquerel Old Fashioned.
A Norman twist on the American classic. Coquerel XO replaces rye whisky to bring elegance and length to the cocktail.
INGREDIENTS
- 50 ml Coquerel XO
- 5 ml sugar syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Orange peel
PREPARATION
In a rocks glass, combine sugar and Angostura. Add a large ice cube, then pour in the Coquerel XO. Stir gently. Garnish with an orange peel.

COUPE COCKTAIL
Coquerel Appletini.
A modern, fresh, and tangy cocktail. Born in New York bars in the 1990s, the Appletini returns to its roots with French Calvados.
INGREDIENTS
- 40 ml Coquerel VS or Fine
- 30 ml apple juice
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 10 ml sugar syrup
PREPARATION
Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish
with an orange peel or an apple slice.
