Right of Withdrawal
1. Withdrawal period
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason and without penalty, except for the return shipping costs which remain at the buyer's expense.
2. Refund terms
Domaine du Coquerel commits to refund the buyer for the product, including the outbound shipping costs. The refund is issued within two (2) weeks of receipt of the return.
In case of product exchange, the shipping costs of the exchanged product remain at the customer's expense.

4. Withdrawal notification
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify their decision by means of a clear and unambiguous statement.
The withdrawal statement must include the following mandatory information: buyer's name, postal address, phone number, and email address. If the product was received by a third party other than the buyer, the latter must include the third party's details in the statement.
The statement may be sent by any means:

Upon receipt, Domaine du Coquerel will promptly send the buyer an acknowledgment of the withdrawal on a durable medium.
5. Withdrawal form template
Domaine du Coquerel makes the following form template available to the buyer. Its use is entirely at the buyer's discretion; it may also be requested by email at pierre@calvados-coquerel.com.

6. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The buyer cannot invoke the right of withdrawal in the following cases:
- Goods made to the buyer's specifications or clearly customized
- Goods which, by their nature, cannot be reshipped or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
- Products unsealed or opened by the buyer or the order recipient after delivery
