“2026 Edition from a double maturation: bourbon casks and Calvados casks. On the nose, fruity and floral notes blend with subtle touches of cereal. The palate is delicately balanced, slightly woody, carried by flavors of cereal and sweet apple. The finish reveals fine woody and malty notes, prolonged by a freshness of orchard fruits, apple and pear.

Vibrant and elegant when enjoyed neat, it gains roundness on ice. For cocktail lovers, as a highball with a fresh, low-sugar tonic, or in a classic Old Fashioned.”
