On the palate, the texture is round and rich, marked by the rum cask finish. The long and elegant finish offers notes of candied apple and exotic fruits that accompany the cereal and spicy structure of this whisky.
Balanced and expressive when tasted neat, it reveals all its complexity as it warms slightly in the glass. On ice, it reveals softer, pastry notes. A perfect companion for a dried fruit tart or a square of dark chocolate for a gourmet and elegant tasting. ”
