Old Fashioned, Really?

And cocktail

• 4 cl of Coquerel calvados XO
• 1 dash of Angostura bitters
• 1 sugar cube
• Sparkling water and ice cubes

At the bottom of an Old Fashioned glass, PLACE the cube of sugar previously soaked in a dash of Bitter Angostura. CRUSH IT until completely dissolved. ADD ice cubes and pour the Coquerel Calvados XO. STIR with a spoon for fifteen seconds. LINE with sparkling water.
