Drawing on our experience in aging great calvados, we decided to age our Normandia gin in:

  • old 190L bourbon casks that previously contained a blend of 4-8-year-old Coquerel Calvados, bringing notes of cooked apples and vanilla;
  • 300L French oak barrels which previously contained freshly distilled Calvados: bringing freshness;
  • new 300L French oak barrels, bringing elegant woody aromas.
  • After a minimum of 6 months in barrels, Normandia Barrel Aged Gin is a fresh, sweet and fruity gin.
