This limited edition of 750 bottles, the first reference in the Discovery Series, is a Calvados aged between 4 and 6 years in French oak barrels, then refined for 15 months in barrels that previously held a barley wine (beer produced using a double mashing process, with an alcohol content between 12 and 14°). Although young, this Calvados is very rich in flavors, offering a new tasting palette in the world of spirits, while respecting the nature of the Norman brandy: fruit and indulgence.
