"This Single cask comes from the 1988 harvest, distilled in 1989 and bottled without reduction in December 2020. A very old Calvados retaining a beautiful freshness with a delicate bitterness, notes of candied citrus fruits (grapefruit, lemon), Ripe apples evolving into spices (white pepper) and heady flowers (lily, honeysuckle).
